Predict breast cancer tool

The PREDICT breast cancer tool is an online prognostic model designed to estimate outcomes and benefit of adjuvant therapies for patients with early invasive breast cancer.

It uses clinicopathologic variables: age at diagnosis, tumor size, nodal status, tumor grade, estrogen receptor (ER) status, HER2 status, progesterone receptor (PR) status, and KI67, among others, to provide individualized estimates of 5-, 10-, and 15-year breast cancer-specific and overall survival, as well as the expected benefit from treatments including chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, trastuzumab, bisphosphonates, and radiotherapy.

Recent updates have incorporated additional prognostic markers such as PR and KI67 and now include the benefits and harms of radiotherapy, further improving its accuracy and clinical utility.

PREDICT is widely used in clinical practice to support shared decision-making regarding adjuvant therapy in early breast cancer.
