Mazdutide

Mazdutide is a once-weekly injectable dual receptor agonist targeting both the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, for chronic weight management, it is the world’s first approved dual GCG/GLP-1 agonist for obesity.

Dual Action: Combines GLP-1 receptor activation (lowers blood sugar, slows digestion, curbs appetite) with glucagon receptor activation (increases energy expenditure and fat oxidation).

Indications: Used for chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI ≥ 28) or overweight (BMI ≥ 24) with weight-related comorbidities, as well as type 2 diabetes management.
