Angiokeratomas of the scrotum.
Most commonly is diagnosed in elderly men.
Reported association with thrombophlebitis of the scrotum, varicoceles and inguinal hernias.
No treatment necessary unless bleeding occurs at which time fulguration is curative.
Lesions may occur in women and involve the vulva.
