Weber test

Utilizes a 512-Hz tuning fork placed in the middle of the forehead and testing if the sound perception is louder in one ear or the other-normal result is that the patient is unable to lateralize the sound to one ear, and it lateralizes to the side of a conductive hearing loss and contralateralizes to the ear with a sensorineural loss.
