Maceration at interdigital webs and scaling on plantar surface of the feet are the main manifestations.

Classically involves the third toe web space.

Commonly associated with xerosis.

Hyperhidrosis is a contributing factor.

Potassium hydroxide evaluation establishes the diagnosis.

Topical antifungal agent is the treatment.

First treatment topical terbinafine.
