Supraclavicular node

Supraclavicular lymph nodes are lymph nodes found superior to the clavicle, palpable in the supraclavicular fossa.

About 1% of cases of lymphadenopathy are attributed to supraclavicular lymph nodes.

Patients with palpable lymph nodes in the supraclavicular region are at high risk for cancer

Virchow’s node is in the left supraclavicular space.
