Neglect and left sided weakness suggests nondominant middle cerebral artery abnormality.

Weakness and sensory loss on one side suggests a lacunar syndrome.

Sensory loss on one side suggests lacunar syndrome.

Weakness of leg more than arm, incontinence and personality changes suggests anterior cerebral artery abnormality.

Isolated homonymous visual fields deficit suggests posterior cerebral artery defect.

Bilateral weakness and cranial nerve deficits plus ataxia suggests basilar artery deficit.
