Pulmonary-renal syndrome

Combination of pulmonary hemorrhage and glomerulonephritis may be caused by small vessel vasculitis including Goodpasture’s syndrome, antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitides including Wegener’s granulomatosis, and microscopic polyangiitis, lupus associated small blood vessel vasculitis and cryoglobulinemia vasculitis.
