Lung cancers account for half of all cases with small and non-small cell lung cancers almost equally represented.
Breast cancer, kidney cancer, colorectal cancer, melanomas, Hodgkin’s disease account for 14%, 6%, 5%, 6%, and 4% of cases, respectively.
Frequently associated with a Brown-Sequard syndrome.
