Immunoglobulin isotype

Refers to a different constant regions of the heavy and light chains of the immunoglobulin.

May be IgM, IgG, IgA IgG, or IGV based on the constant region of the heavy chain.

Based on the constant region of the light chain, the isotope maybe either kappa or lambda.
