Paraneoplastic dermatoses.
Skin involvement can be direct with the presence of tumor cells from a visceral cancer involving the skin by extension or by metastases.
Indirect involvement by visceral tumors reflects inflammatory, proliferative, metabolic and neoplastic changes of the skin without the actual presence of tumor cells.
