Chronic otitis media

The most common organisms associated with chronic otitis media are staph aureus, MRSA, and Pseudomonas.

Enteric gram-negative rods and anaerobes may be causative,, as can fungi such as Aspergillus and yeast such as Candida on rare occasions.
