GRIm-Score is based on serum lactate dehydrogenase, NLR (neutrophil lymphocyte ratio) and serum albumin, and proven to be a potent prognostic index associated with the overall survival (OS) of cancer patients.
The prognostic significance of preoperative GRIm-Score also has been validated in early-stage non-small-cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, and stomach, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and colorectal cancers.
